This 30-hour refresher course is designed for currently certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and Paramedics who need continuing education hours to maintain licensure or refresh essential knowledge and skills in emergency medical care.  The course reviews key topics aligned with current national EMS standards, including patient assessment, airway management, medical and trauma emergencies, cardiac care, and updates in prehospital protocols.  Participants will engage in a combination of lecture, discussion, and hands-on skill review to reinforce critical competencies required in the field.  This course provides continuing education units (CEUs) applicable toward state and national recertification requirements.
